The studio is located on the second floor of the Beyond the Sea condo building in the commercial section. The building locks the entrance doors at all time, the studio’s buzzer code is 7777 both from the street level and from the parking garage. You can also phone us for assistance – 647-926-3948.
We’ve got lots of visitor parking available in the building under-ground. Enter the P1 parking garage through the garage entrance on Legion Rd (just north off of Lake Shore). If the garage doors are not open, press the 2240 intercom button on the box to the left of the roundabout and tell the concierge you are visiting the yoga studio. Once on P1 and parked, follow the orange signage marked “DÉCOR CENTRE” (we are on the same floor). This will lead you to the 2240 elevator bank. Dorothy provides one to one nutritional and lifestyle counselling that is customized to individual needs. She will work closely with you to discuss your history, lifestyle habits, health related conditions and eating preferences to help you achieve your health goals.

You will start with a 30-60 minute in person meeting to thoroughly discuss your health concerns and goals. At this point, Dorothy will provide you with her intake forms and she will fully explain them to you.
You should spend around a week filling out the intake forms. It is important that you take the time to fill these forms out conscientiously as they provide a lot of the information Dorothy needs to provide personalized advice.
Once you have returned the intake forms, you will book a 90 minute follow up meeting to discuss Dorothy’s findings. This will include your health history, system analysis of symptoms and diet and lifestyle recommendations. Depending on what you will need to acheive your goals, Dorothy will provide food lists, recipes and meal plans to support you. You will be emailed a PDF copy of all of your resources.
After that Dorothy is available by email and phone to ensure that you are getting the most of her recommendations.
The entire consultation including follow up support is an investment of $275+hst. This is payable after your inital in person meeting.
To ensure that our members have as much access to our classes as possible and to minimize disruption to the beginning of classes, we have two new policies that are now in effect. We'd be really happy to discuss these if you have any concerns so please reach out!
Starting today, only two latecomers (must be pre-registered) will be allowed to enter a class after it has started. We will have mats placed with props for these 2 individuals to minimize disruption.
During October, we will be more lenient but please expect that if you arrive late you will be informed of our new lateness policy. This will be a strict policy as of November 1st.
If you miss a class that you are registered for or you cancel your spot within 30 minutes of the class start time, you will be charged for the class:
