Dorothy Gornik is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Health Educator and Certified Holistic Culinary Chef. After being a teacher for many years, Dorothy pursued her love of healthy eating and healing through food by returning to school at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Dorothy's passion is to educate people on how the food we eat impacts every aspect of our lives. Specifically, simple and gradual changes through a whole foods diet can positively influence our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
