Come hang out in a Power, Flow, or Pilates class with Cass, and you’ll find a little taste of everything, and a lot of humour. After having taught at and managed yoga and fitness for two years in the UK, in both Edinburgh and London, Cass is excited to be back in her home city Toronto, applying her knowledge in movement and wellness. Her experience across the pond included developing and leading teacher trainings, and running workshops on topics from foundations of flow, to advanced yoga asana. When you leave her classes, you’ll find yourself a little more attuned to the physical nuances of your body, and capable of building a well-rounded combination of strength and flexibility, as well as mobility and stability.
