Cheryl has been practicing yoga for just over 20 years. It started during her time in broadcasting as a great way to combat stress. As her practice grew, so did the love of the philosophy surrounding the practice as well. It wasn’t long before she became a yoga teacher.
Cheryl has completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and has been teaching yoga in Toronto for over 17 years. She is also an intuitive reiki master and practitioner, naturopath and cognitive behavioral therapist. The core values that Cheryl brings into her classes are breath, mindfulness and non-judgment.
A mantra that Cheryl lives by is “…be your own change.”
