Dana found yoga in her 20’s as a compliment to competitive dance. While struggling with addiction and mental health issues she found it to be a valuable tool in healing. She shifted from bending into beautiful poses to finding breath and unravelling a deeper understanding of the practice. Dana has completed a 200hr YTT, 50hr Aerial Yoga TT, 100hr Bhakti Yoga Intensive, 6 week Womb Science Immersion, and 12 week Interoception & Somatics Intensive.
She strives to facilitate holistically driven classes rich with pranayama, meditation, creatively driven movement and laughter! Her goal is to guide students to be their own guru by tuning into the subtle messages of their own bodies, breath and minds.
Intuition is a powerful tool in caring for ourselves. Dana hopes to create a space for that truth to be heard above the noise life.
