Gabby has been practicing yoga and Pilates for over 5 years. She decided she wanted to become a yoga instructor after she found the benefits it provided. Suffering with crippling anxiety and panic attacks, she needed to learn how to really breathe. Yoga has taught her to slow down, trust herself, listen to her body and let it go.
Gabby has a love for Pilates, fitness and health and wants nothing more than to help others become healthy and strong. She incorporates cardio and aerobics with lengthening and sculpting movements that deliver amazing results. She encourages her students to go beyond their comfort zones, to discover, transform, heal and grow. Taking their practice off the mats and into their lives.
