Since I was a little girl, I’ve always been fascinated by exploring different styles of movement. I grew up in ballet and jazz lessons, both competitively and for fun. It was only natural that my love for dance grew into an interest in finding new ways to improve my fitness and well-being as an adult.
Yoga began as a means of maintaining my flexibility, balance and strength. As I deepened my practice, it became much more than a physical exercise, but also brought me patience, self-acceptance and confidence. This love for the practice drew me to complete my teacher training in both yoga and Pilates, so that I could share these amazing systems with others.
It almost doesn’t feel real that my ‘job’ is to exercise, meet amazing people and share my love for health and fitness, all while working with my favourite person.
The west end of Toronto has a special place in my heart as I was born and raised in Etobicoke. It’s the place where I feel the most at home and I’m so happy to be in the neighbourhood again!
Other than working with Seb managing the studio, you’ll find me where I love to be the most – leading yoga and Pilates classes for you. My classes are challenging while keeping them fun, light-hearted and accessible to everyone! I hope you’re ready to get stretchy, sweaty, strong and smiley.
